Staffing level is so low that it takes weeks for them to look at your vehicle. The adviser assigned could not be contacted by phone. Took them 8 hours to do an oil change & yire rotation my appointment was 10AM, I dropped my vehicle at 9am. Done with my work around 5pm I went back to pick up my vehicle.
