Took forever to get someone to answer the phone to set up the oil change appointment. Left messages but no return call. Finally got through, and when we took the car in for the oil change, it took 2.5 hour the oil change appointment. Left messages but no return call. Finally got through, and when we took the car in for the oil change, it took 2.5 hours for the oil change (with an appointment). Very disappointed in the service. More
