The service was extremely terrible. I couldn’t talk to a service rep about my car. When I would call in either they would hang up on me or keep transferring me to the same line that was I couldn’t talk to a service rep about my car. I was very pleased with my experience. Enough though I was lied to about my finance company requiring my to get Gap Insurance. Which I got my contract re-contacted removing the Gap Insuran Enough though I was lied to about my finance company requiring my to get Gap Insurance. Which I got my contract re-contacted removing the Gap Insurance because it was not required from my finance company. Overall it was a good experience and the finance guy was great to work with and Apologize about what had happened. More
