The ability to get in for our 'first oil change' was easy. Other people had told me it was hard to get in for service, thankfully this was no problem. Always before they've checked my brakes, etc. , but I received no checklist this time. I really liked having that done when I brought it in. The car wasn't ready and prepped for us even knowing that we came from Fairbanks. The car was dirty and being used for a loaner. There was also dings and a large dent in the fender that hasn't been reported. we came from Fairbanks. The car was dirty and being used for a loaner.
