The service was not want I would expected of a customer for 20 years. I have been bringing my car in for maintenance service every year. This is the first time that I had experienced long wait time and d for 20 years. I have been bringing my car in for maintenance service every year. This is the first time that I had experienced long wait time and delivery dates that was pushed back 3 times due to order parts and service. Why couldn't they evaluate the issue when they received the car then called for approval and ordered the parts. Because of lack of service and consideration I was without my car for over three weeks. This will be the last time I will use your company. Nor will I ever consider buying another vehicle from you or recommend you to anyone in the future. There's no reason why I should have been treated like valued customer. If this was your best then I didn't want to know what your worst. Very dissatisfied customer. More

They had my car from 1 pm 2/16 until 3:00 pm on 2/17 and didn’t even start repairs for the 2 recalls I brought it in for. When I called and texted for the status, I got no response. When I went to pick my didn’t even start repairs for the 2 recalls I brought it in for. When I called and texted for the status, I got no response. When I went to pick my car up after they’d had it over 24 hours and my car was in the exact same place I parked it with no repairs even started, the service guy said they had people out and these recalls should have had a morning appointment, so he didn’t agree with me that they had dropped the ball and were at fault. i love my Hyundai Tucson, but this isn’t my first bad experience with the service department and I doubt I’d get another Hyundai because of it. More

I bought my Tucson new in 2018. I bought the oil change package and bring my car in every six months.Everyone is always pleasant when I go in. Dealership failed to replace spark plugs as part of my recommended service. This caused a misfire in the engine the day after I got it back that became progressively worse. When the (flashing) check engin recommended service. This caused a misfire in the engine the day after I got it back that became progressively worse. When the (flashing) check engine light finally came on I took it in and was told bring it back in 10 days as the check engine light was probably not related to the issue. When I brought it back in I voiced my concerns and was charged $190 for them to diagnose it and fix the issue that should have been done with my 75k service. Would NOT recommend trusting this place. From here on out I will be going in with a printout of the recommended service items before I leave it with them so they can’t weasel out of paying for their mistakes and instead charging me additional money.
