This was my first time getting an oil change with you guys and probably the last time. The day after getting service from you guys my new car that should not have any problems was leaking a ton of motor guys and probably the last time. The day after getting service from you guys my new car that should not have any problems was leaking a ton of motor oil. I then had to drive my car back to you guys in anchorage from wasilla for a second time. For you guys to fix the problem which was a cracked washer, to my knowledge should’ve been replaced on the first visit and you guys failed too. I was not pleased that I had to use twice as much gas to drive my car back to you and my driveway now has motor oil on it. More

I don’t know what was done with the seatbelt recall. They did try to change the air filter and cabin air filter. I declined as I had an oil change and knew I didn’t need that done. My 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz was scheduled for a recall on the transmission for 0900 and I was met right away by the Service Manager, Jeremy who got my vehicle in shortly there after and kept me updated with the transmission for 0900 and I was met right away by the Service Manager, Jeremy who got my vehicle in shortly there after and kept me updated with the status of progress with my vehicle. I am very satisfied with my experience on this day and Jeremy also addressed a concern with my passenger side window molding by ordering a replacement molding (Covered by Warranty). More
