My Hyundai Santa Fe has to be fixed specifically with a Hyundai shop. I paid for it to be towed from Fairbanks which was a lot of money. It was dropped off the end of September, and had an appointment on N Hyundai shop. I paid for it to be towed from Fairbanks which was a lot of money. Every time I call the service shop they say they’ll call me back but never do. I have a case manager with Hyundai of North America who has been trying to contact them too. But they don’t ever return any phone calls. I’m very upset and disappointed with the service here. More
