It was impossible to call in and get someone to answer phone. Cost over $300 once I got in they told me they would need my car all day so I rented a car. I had to rent the car a second day. I had my 8 year old grandson with me so it made for a pretty miserable experience, sorry to say. The service workers were polite, but the whole trip was frustrating and expensive for what I was told would be a quick recall. More
