The dude at the counter went to the bathroom for over 30 minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. Then when I went back he told me I needed to wait since they were understaffed. minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. So waited for another 20 minutes for him to give me my keys and to get out of there. I would use another Hyundai if I could because that dude was all about excuses as to why he couldn’t get me in and out. I was the only one in the waiting area both times. More

Nathan did an excellent job in helping me find a vehicle that was suitable for what I was looking for. He didn't try to up sell me a car I didn't need or want. It is impossible to contact anyone in the service department. Calling, texting, and emailing. It is ridiculous. Even the people who work the front counters are rude and unprofessional.
