Every time we bring the car in for service it is a quick turn around. If they have to keep my car I am able to get a rental or loaner this is awesome since we live 45 minutes from the dealership. When I make an appointment, I expect my service to begin at the time, especially considering I am early to arrive. I was at the dealership for over 2 hours for a basic oil change. Things fall behind, I understand, but when appointments are made, we, the appointment makers, are under the impression our service will be finished in timely fashion.
