Extremely frustrated at this point. Feels like they are ghosting us on our vehicle issues. Brought the vehicle in on 1/30/2024 as the engine was knocking, they had it tested and got back to us 2/1/2024 stating it needs an engine, and they supposedly submitted to Hyundai for approval. I asked for specifics on what to do for rental cars, etc.....never received any info back from Lance Smith on 2/1/2024. I sent him an email 2/2/2024 at approximately 8 AM, and also called and left a message for him around noon and never received any thing back from him to either the email or phone message. Communication is key and I need to know how long this is going to take because a rental car out of pocket is going to be expensive, so I need that info. And also I will not put up with any stupid stuff from anyone in regards to a situation like this. So either things are getting handled or they're not!. More

This dealership lies. I was told by purchasing the extended warranty, my car is covered bumper to bumper. There was a bubble in the paint and the service department refuse I was told by purchasing the extended warranty, my car is covered bumper to bumper. There was a bubble in the paint and the service department refused to warranty it by blaming it on a rock chip. It’s clearly a defect in the paint. I was buying a new car there once per year, never again. They lost a returning customer because of a defect they didn’t want to make right that was on a brand new car. Buyer beware! More
