Lance is by far the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with I’ve purchased vehicles every 2 years since I was 16 and that’s a lot of advisors. Customer service in the service department was very poor. I am a 48 year old woman and I just had neck surgery. I came in to pick up my tire that the service center plugged. There were 3 men and 1 women work I am a 48 year old woman and I just had neck surgery. I came in to pick up my tire that the service center plugged. There were 3 men and 1 women working, they rolled the tire out the door and made me roll it nearly three blocks away where I had to park. As I’m sure you know tires are not weighted evenly now and it caused me a lot of pain. I did mention that I had surgery on my neck. I absolutely love my car, just wish you might work on custom service after the sales. More
