I went in a door that was unlocked, and I felt they were quite rude in letting me know they were not open and were having a meeting. Tried to find out what I was I was supposed to do. I felt like it was "Get out!" and I still wasn't sure what to do. I was angry! You bug us so much to confirm our appointment. How many times was bothered to have to do that?!! Maybe a little of that energy put into pre-arrival instructions would have saved me stress and anger and not left a bad taste in my mouth. More
