I thought I was in an impossible situation (car loan on an inoperable vehicle) so I decided to call Subaru and I had the best car buying experience!! Evan Williamson took my call and after I discussed my issues with him he took the time to find out if I could trade in my inoperable vehicle and drive off w/ a new car that day. 10 mins later Evan called me with good news and explained the financing and monthly payments.
