We had expressed interest in a 12k mile per year/36k mile 3 year lease, and the sales person provided us with numbers based upon this only to retract his calculations stating the numbers were based on a 10k mile/yr lease. At no time did we ever express this was our desire and even confirmed via telephone conversation with same sales person that these numbers were based on a 12k mile/yr lease. When we showed up the following day to sign the papers, the same sales person presented us with higher payments explaining the original payments reflected a 10k mile/yr lease despite having confirmed they were based on a 12k miles yr/36k miles 3 yr lease the day prior. Other than that, we are happy with the vehicle and especially happy with Homero Quinonez whom showed nothing but professionalism, excellent vehicle knowledge, friendliness, consistency, and integrity throughout our interactions.
