Timely & Professional I needed an oil change and had a warranty repair issue. I spoke with Misty and she was very helpful. She told me it would take about an hour to an hou I needed an oil change and had a warranty repair issue. I spoke with Misty and she was very helpful. She told me it would take about an hour to an hour fifteen and they'd look at the loose window gasket & fix-it if possible or let me know if they needed parts, etc. My car was done in just under an hour, they were ordering the part and would let me know when it arrived so we could set a time to fix it. Misty called when they got the part just as promised. More

Buy from Reno Lithia! This was my eighth Subaru purchase and first one from Reno Lithia. I started my purchase by looking at the new inventory online. The chat box came up and I declined it for several minutes. When I did accept the offer, there was an immediate response and within a few hours I was talking on the phone with Jonathan. The dealership was very busy that day, but he got back to me quickly with all the questions I had and by that afternoon found a "car in transit" that was perfect! My schedule is very hectic and I don't have time to sit at a dealership all day to haggle pricing. Jonathan emailed me the invoice and was able to get my payments down to where I wanted them. The entire process was awesome. On my day off I went to pick up my new car (which was cleaned and sitting in front of the dealership). Michael walked me through the financing, ins and outs of how the car works and within a short time I was driving away! Yahoo to Michael's patience. They are a great team. More
