I had checked out 3 other dealerships before coming to Subaru. I was on a mission to buy my very first car. Subaru was affordable and had awesome cars within my price range. Brock made everything extremely clear when communicating with me. I put 1,000$ down to save a car, Brock kept in contact with me for the next month to keep me posted on the status of my car. I was concerned about the interior being ivory because I was under the impression it would be black. Brock called me right away and sent me pictures to make sure I was still happy. When the car got delievered, Brock sent me a picture of my car and I was so excited. When I came to get my car, it continued to be a positive experience, I never felt like I was being "tricked" into buying more and more, which is a different feeling than what I got from other dealerships. I appreciate the staff, Brock specifically, for making this experience great. I have even talked to Brock since with questions on my car and he continues to be patient and helpful. More

SERIOUSLY, WE WERE TREATED WONDERFULLY. Picked a miserable day for a test drive , 5 Jan, 3-4" snow in an hour, but it let the Subaru show off a bit, and the rest of the day just got better. They provided intelligent answers to all our dumb questions. We got down to a good price in 15-20 minutes, and then Paul, Brock, and the finance team kept things rolling until we had our keys and were on our way to lunch, about 3 1/2 hours, total.
