Legacy purchase I had always heard horror stories regarding dealers and car salesmen, but Lithia/Subaru-Reno was proved to be the complete opposite. I had called beforehand to inquire about prices and such, and in comparison with other dealers I had called, they were much more courteous, down-to-earth, and didn't beat around the bush. I had told them what I was searching for, and when I arrived, it was just a matter of choosing the color. (I picked ice silver metallic, if you must know.) Also, Coco and Raul helped me that day, and they were very helpful, attentive, and straightforward. No B.S. with them. And prices? I had done my research, and they gave me the best price I could find. What else could a car shopper ask for? P.S. The day I was there, 32 cars were sold. That says a lot about that dealer and the team working there. More

Calin was great, there are some BS deposit policies though. Can't do much about the BS policies I guess. I found out afterward that I could've got the car for cheaper in Carson, which was odd because they claimed they beat Carson's prices by $500. That's my fault though for not doing my research though, so oh well, the price was still decent. Paul Bushnell was kind of condescending via email, that was lame. Also, when the car came it had damage on the hood that needed to be buffed out while I was signing paperwork, and greasy/oily handprints all over the inside. You shouldn't have the people who are getting their hands dirty detailing cars, or if the car needs to be inspected by a mechanic, do the detailing work afterward... The gross oily handprints I could get over since none stained anywhere but the hood damage was kind of ridiculous as I'm sure it would've been ignored had I not pointed it out, and was very obviously damage of some sort. There needs to be higher visual standards set for brand new cars being sold to customers. I probably would/will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
