repair of 2006 Subara Baja I have bought 4 Subaru's from Lithia and have no problems with there sales staff but was a little disappointed in there service dept. I had my Subaru I have bought 4 Subaru's from Lithia and have no problems with there sales staff but was a little disappointed in there service dept. I had my Subaru at another dealership for oil change and to replace timing belt etc and was told by a phone call I needed a Clutch at the cost of $1900 I had the clutch repaired 10,111 miles at same place. I didn't get if fixed instead I call the service manager at Lithia he told me to bring it in there Tech would drive car and well let me know instead they put the Subaru Baja up on the rack and them called me to come see the service writer she told me that I needed a new center differential at the tune of $2200 I was in shock I just wanted her to tell if I needed a clutch. Well I got it fixed but was a little upset lucky Subaru of America was willing to pick up the cost of parts. Now I have trust issues at both dealerships. I'm about to buy my 5th Subaru but I'm having second thoughts that I should buy something else. If you use Lithia service dept be sure you explain what you want done. Jerry S More

I was met by a very friendly and outgoing Raul Tibea-Hoara and joined by Cosmin Covaciu. These two gentleman discussed the new OutBack with me and answered all my questions easily. Cosmin went on to answer the detailed questions and to do the sales research, models, colors, etc. He was extremely knowledge and helpful and I appreciate him walking me through everything and answering all my calls, especially when I was not sure of certain aspects of the purchase--very helpful and pleasant to work with. Jessie Watkins made it very easy and very pleasant to buy at Lithia Subaru. He responded immediately to my inquiry on the Outback I was looking for. I was coming from the San Francisco Bay Area and he committed to hold the car for a few days until I was able to come in to purchase it. We had a great price and Jessie had us out of the door with our new car in a couple of hours. Jessie was very attentive, the office was comfortable, and he helped us decide on the financing weighting different options.
