Two times I’ve gone to have the recall done and both times failed. The second time someone was suppose to call and let me know if they had the part which no one did. So I went to my appointment and then times failed. The second time someone was suppose to call and let me know if they had the part which no one did. So I went to my appointment and then I dropped off my car, almost four hours later they tell me they could not do the service because they didn’t have the part. That’s was so unprofessional and a waste of my time. One time fine but two times, and yet no one has called me yet to let me know if they ordered the part. If they had another location I would go there instead of the one I went to. So no I wouldn’t recommend this location. More

After my oil change I was told I needed to replace some bulbs and a couple of filters. They did the cabin filter and we chose to do the other things ourselves. Then, to my pleasant surprise, just popped the old bulb out and put the new one in. Right there on the spot. No waiting. All of the gentlemen were very professional and kid to show me how to do the repair myself should I need to again at a later date. More
