The Service Advisor, Josh, was very helpful as he guided me through first discovering what was making the noise and in getting it repaired. The noise turned out to be from the back wheel bearings. Josh arranged for a free loaner car while my vehicle was repaired. There was no charge for the repair, not even a co-payment as I had the extended warranty. Josh kept me well informed during the entire process. More
