Paper work took half an hour, but mostly a function of too many forms to sign. Purchase was trade-in plus cash, so this simplified the process. Sales person spent an hour reviewing the car features and will have a follow-up in a week. More

Good experience I brought my new Outback in for some service work and a check on a couple of issues. My concerns were listened to and adressed by more than one perso I brought my new Outback in for some service work and a check on a couple of issues. My concerns were listened to and adressed by more than one person and although my major issue (radio) ended up being “It’s a feature - not a bug!”, Subaru was contacted to determine this and a problem report was filed. I am sure that SOA will come to eventually realize their error (“It’s a bug - not a feature!”). I appreciate the personal discussion with the technician and Luke Fisher went above and beyond with the rest of the service visit. Recommended! More
