Realistic service It was a great experience. I was nervous about visiting a dealership and have a hard sell pushed on me. But my salesman was not at all pushy and made It was a great experience. I was nervous about visiting a dealership and have a hard sell pushed on me. But my salesman was not at all pushy and made me comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. He provided me with specifications and comparisons to other vehicles. I wanted to wait a couple of days before making my decision and I was pleased to find I wasn't bothered or pressured during that wait. I returned to the dealership when I said I would and my salesman was there when he said he would be, to continue answering all of My remaining questions thoroughly and help me through the buying process. I have already done the research and know exactly what I want, I negotiated a final price with Victor by email. Then I drove almost four hours to complete the purchase. You were able to work with my need to have my wife on title without her coming to the dealership. After several bad experiences she refuses to set foot in a dealership for the rest of her life. We completed the paperwork with no issues of trying to up sell me on things I don't want like extended warranties ETC. I really appreciated Victor taking the time to show me how all the controls and electronics worked in the car including setting up my iPhone. A lot has changed since the last time I bought a Subaru in 1998. More
Still withholding my recommendation... once bitten twice shy I've had some problems in the past with this dealership's service department that had made me question whether I would buy another Subaru, but their s I've had some problems in the past with this dealership's service department that had made me question whether I would buy another Subaru, but their service continues to improve and restore my confidence in them. I was very pleased with this past service call. Although they were slow in replacing the faulty airbag, I understand much of the delay was out of their control. They did fix it quickly once the part came in. Communication was much better as well. I'm hopeful. I really like my car and if things continue to improve in their service department I would be likely to buy another Subaru when I decide to replace it. More

We were happy to feel no pressure. When we picked up the car, Chris explained the financing process and what to expect from Sal. When we were finished, he showed us its many features while one of us worked the controls. Eh also took us to parts to purchase some items John was very prompt and helpful. We even came back in a few days to buy more add on parts, with the same experience. Good Job, Lithia. The reason for our 4 star review was due to insufficient .customer parking. More
