I can only speak for Raul. He was professional, and a good listener, and based on his listening skills showed me 1 vehicle that I did purchase because it met my specifications. Since arriving in 2015 in Odessa and getting extremely poor service at Lithia. The only reason I returned was that Raul sold my friend a Camary earlier this month and she was very pleased with him. Raul Medrano at Lithia Toyota is hands down the BEST salesman. Super friendly, extremely professional, always helpful, and honest.
