Horrible experience with lithia Toyota dealership—made an agreement on purchase price and as i am on my way to dealership salesman calls and says the car is sold. And then said keep your current vehicle and agreement on purchase price and as i am on my way to dealership salesman calls and says the car is sold. And then said keep your current vehicle and never apologized or tried to placate a dissatisfied customer. After this awful experience, i drove to Subaru dealership and was treated like royalty. I am so done with Toyota and complained to sales manager his reply was that this is a teachable moment for the salesman. Worst experience ever at a Toyota DEALERSHIP. More

Lithia Toyota Redding. Crooked contracts, loan packing, add-ons you never authorized, Contract altering. Very upsetting $1660.00 they added to my loan that I will be paying Crooked contracts, loan packing, add-ons you never authorized, Contract altering. Very upsetting $1660.00 they added to my loan that I will be paying interest on. Signed the document, and it said N/A under price. After getting my packet, they handwrote in right next to the n/a 665. $995.00, there is no explanation at all except Spartan on a line that says optional. I was never given an option. Nor did I sign any paper for that one. When I noticed, I was told it only looks deceptive its really not. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck. It's probably a duck!!! More
