Sales manager Gary Rueber used all the classics. "This deal is only good today, because the general manager will be back tomorrow", "I can sell this car to someone else and make money if you don't b "This deal is only good today, because the general manager will be back tomorrow", "I can sell this car to someone else and make money if you don't buy it". Salesman Mike Morris was trying to get a signature on paper work. When declined to sign until ready, sales manager Gary Rueber returned to try to close deal that day. Salesman Mike Morris pulled her car up in the dark service drive for the walk around inspection, and blew off the scratch that was found. Lithia has always been a poor car dealer, but it is sad to see how far Toyota has fallen in quality, design, and ethics. More
