I took my 2015 Rav4 to Lithia Toyota in Redding for my 90k service. Robert Paradiso at the register couldn’t have been more helpful. Initially I brought my car in for a headlight replacement, however Robe 90k service. Robert Paradiso at the register couldn’t have been more helpful. Initially I brought my car in for a headlight replacement, however Robert informed me that a 90k service was coming up. Good thing too because I didn’t realize due to the electronic dash gauges is not normally set on the odometer, I have it set on how many miles until my tank is empty. I was also having a issue with something else and they were willing to check that out while the car was there! Anyways, I live far away from the dealership so Robert and other staff hooked me up with a loner car. I could go home while they worked on my car. Within two days my car was ready to be picked up. They had finished the 90k service AND fixed my other issue at no additional cost. I can’t express how kind, knowledgeable and helpful everyone at Lithia Toyota in Redding was!
