Getting in for the lifetime oil change has been a challenge my last two times. Previously, I stopped by 4 separate times trying to get in and finally did on the 4th try. This time I stopped by on Saturday around 9:30 am and was told they weren't taking walk-ins to try coming next time at 6:30am since they open at 7. The following Monday I called & left a message. Today is Wednesday & I still have not received a call back. I went on-line 8/31/21 to schedule and the next available appointment is Nov.6. I guess I need to try and calculate when I'll meet my mileage in advance so I can schedule 3 months ahead of time, each time. Heading out to pay for an oil change somewhere else. More
