Casey was super helpful, knowledgable and very patient. I decided to buy a Highlander so I first search various North state dealerships. I wanted a specific color, Shoreline Blue. Only place that had one was in Chico, not too convenient as it would be a 80 mile drive. The day before I planned to go to Chico, I decided to stop in at Lithia, even though I knew they did not have the color. I was very fortunate that it was Casey who came out to help me. He said he could get me the color I wanted and presto it came in 2 days later! In order for me to pick it up, he had to come pick me up and take me back to Lithia. Being a widow a nice act like that makes my life so much easier. The best thing about Casey is whenever there is an obstacle he found a way to resolve it and I feel he went beyond the call of duty to make me a very satisfied customer and would recommend him to all my friends. I am so glad I did not go to Chico. Casey, as well as, the others on the Lithia team reinforce that they are there for you and make you feel like you are part of the family. More
