I am on my 4th 4runner because second one saved my life in a horrific rollover accident on the freeway. Took my first 4runner to Capitol Toyota in San Jose for an oil change. They are only concerned about the quantity of vehicles they can get in and out, as opposed to quality of work and forgot to put oil back into my 4runner. When I broke down 2 blocks from the dealer, they tried to blame me. A new engine later and even bad-mouthed by their rental car people, got my vehicle back. So happy to have a dealership like Lithia that I can depend on for quality work!!! More

Just looking My husband and I went into have oil change on his truck and we decided that we wanted to look around and see what the Toyota van look on the inside. So we see other salesman standing around and we asked one of the guy who works there if we can take a look at one of the van and he said he will get a salesman for us. Which he did. The salesman, mike took us to look at the van and then the rava4. Which not of interest. I wanted something that will fit my dogs. Turn out we happened to chose the Toyota Corolla iM. So we bought that car. So what I am trying to say is for a salesman, even if you see a customer just looking, you cannot assumes that they are not going to buy. In my case I did. My husband and I saw many salesman just sitting around and chat instead of try to help customers. I’m glad mike help us. He is a very good salesman and very patient with us. More
