Exceptional Customer Service Adam was very knowledgeable about features RAV 4 Hybrids. He tailored the model to our lifestyle, and gave priority of features we wanted. I particularly appreciated his willingness not to sell us a model and/or features which didn't fit our needs and could be substituted by less costly methods. While car shopping can be stressful and is the second largest household expense, Adam made the process easy and was very accommodating - he even offered to bring the new car to my employment ! Although it was obvious Adam was getting numerous messages and other customers who booked time with him, he was never rushed nor appeared to be impatient about getting to the next appointment. His job is to sell cars but his sincerity and willingness to be flexible and understand our needs made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Adam represents Toyota in an exemplary fashion.
