shuttle service needs to improve Yesterday I brought my 2008 corolla in for a recall on the passenger air bag. I had made the appt last week on friday. I was told the shuttle service would swap drivers at one in the afternoon. I dropped my car off at 12:30 pm. I waited for the half hour and no shuttle. so i waited for another half hour and still no shuttle. Finally, at one thirty in the afternoon,I called my friend to pick me up. At four in the afternoon my car was done. I told the gentleman that I never received shuttle service that day, I was in the lobby the whole time and no one even came in to see if any of us customers needed a ride.
