I believe I was lied to. I was total that VW 0% financing was only available for the MSRP. I was stuck at Lithia, literally, and was taken advantage of, no longer stuck at their dealership, friends and famil was only available for the MSRP. I was moving my daughter to CA from NYC for college when our Passat’s ventilation system failed. they took advantage to two women from out of state. Why did Dwayne run me through 6 financing companies when I qualified for VW 0% credit? Did he get paid something from the other 5? I user to work at Filene’s and got something for everyone app I brought. I am recently divorced and have been rebuilding my credit for years. This SOB hurt that score. They also included some interior care package for $ 899 without offering it to me first. Thank God I read the paperwork and refused it. More

Overall very poor experience. If all customers would have my experience Lithia would be out of business. It started with a very poor phone experience. Several phone calls and about an hour later before I my experience Lithia would be out of business. It started with a very poor phone experience. Several phone calls and about an hour later before I was able to speak with someone to set up an appointment. Then after car was in for service a part needed to be replaced. They thought it was in stock. Evidently no one went and checked at the time. Got a can there next day and the part was not in stock. This delayed the return of my car along with creating scheduling issues due to arranging rides. Then on my way home I realized my cruise no longer worked. I immediately called. They started the vehicle could not get in for repair till the following week. The date was set and the vehicle was supposed to get picked up. No phone call, vehicle never picked up and a week later still no return phone call after I left a message. So was Lithia awesome; absolutely not! More
