Slow Service, Didn't Wash My Car, Made My Car Smell I took my car into Lithia to perform a scheduled recall repair. When I arrived some guy took me into the main part of the building, and then just dis I took my car into Lithia to perform a scheduled recall repair. When I arrived some guy took me into the main part of the building, and then just disappeared. It took about 10 minutes for someone to arrive and ask me if I was being helped. The repair was supposed to take about an hour to 90 minutes. It took almost 2 and a half hours. When they were finished, they said "You didn't want your car washed, did you?" I said that I did, and they said "Well, that'll be another 30 minutes." So I said forget it. When I got in my car, I was immediately struck with a disgusting smell of sweat and grease. They didn't bother to clean the inside of the car either, and it smelled very bad. Just an overall poor experience. More

All of them were very kind and patient as they listened and then explained to me what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner.
