Hard to get ahold of, and when you can get through only the tech working with your vehicle will talk to you as in it seems only one person can access your account which seems ridiculous. My car was completed 4 days before I was notified because the tech I was working with was out with Covid. This is really not coustomer service. I was told my vehicle had a platinum detail completed yet when the shifter was moved the shifter boot had crud in it. This vehicle was in for over 4 months to get service completed so it was very dirty from sitting. Also my tint is now peeling from being closed for so long with summer heat buildup More

Due to my dog getting sick in my car, I called for a detail. It was in a place they could not be cleaned with standard tools. When placing the appointment, I explained to to the service guy what happene detail. It was in a place they could not be cleaned with standard tools. When placing the appointment, I explained to to the service guy what happened and he spoke with detailing and said they recommended the $130 detail. I showed him where it was and explained on phone that I guessed they would need to peel seat back. Upon picking my car up, I looked at the area that I specifically asked for, I could still see remnants from my dog. I pointed out to service guy and he said that was the best they could do without pulling seats out. I had mentioned that during booking and said I would like to do whatever I can to get it fixed. I would also like to point out that I paid for one of the more expensive details which Included exterior work and on this day, even though i didn’t want it, it was raining and the car had not been kept inside. I understand the weather is outside of their control, but for someone that just spent the money on a detail, it was for nothing. I then told them I wanted them to pull the seats out to be able to ensure they fully got the rest of the mess. The service guy was kind and gave me a discount for the inconvenience of having to wait yet another day. In the end I got what I needed completed with a $350 price tag to which a portion of that was unnecessary do to them not calling to explain what could truly get the mess as well as a detail that didn’t fix the problem. I was grateful for getting a quick appointment, the service guy was kind and nice, and ultimately got things cleaned up. I was disappointed that once the detailing began that there wasn’t a phone call made to explain to me what would truly get this done completely opposed to half way. I’m happy to discuss with someone.
