Purchased a vehicle a month later check engine light came on. Took it in told us not to worry about it. Took it to another mechanic he made recommendations to remedy the problem. Tried calling toyota to discuss the issue... No call back. And a bunch of run around, its only a $400 easy fix, you would think.... Not for them apparently.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would definitely NEVER buy a car from them again. And wouldn't recommend it to anybody either. More
Excellet Service We were in the market for a new Sienna. I surfed the web and one of the responses I received was from Pete Melendez. He followed up with a call and wa We were in the market for a new Sienna. I surfed the web and one of the responses I received was from Pete Melendez. He followed up with a call and was very helpful, taking the time to understand my needs. We required a Red Sienna but they only had a blue on on the lot in the model we required. We decided to drive from San Jose to Livermore to see the car and to be sure the model we discussed met our needs. Pete had the car ready for our inspection and did a great job of detailing all the features of the car for us. The price was right and the model was what we needed but we had to have Red. Pete did more research and found they had a Red car at their sister dealership in Roseville. He did the 3 hour round trip to fetch the car and made the sale! Oscar did a great job of presenting all the additional services available and arranging the financing. Where the pricing of an option we wanted was too much, he was able to make adjustments and we are happy with the extended warranty and pre-paid maintenance packages we purchased. The important point is that during all of this (it did take the whole day), we were impressed with the kindness and genuine care shown by every employee we met. Often during the day we were approached asking if we needed anything. This care is what makes for a successful dealership. Thank you to Pete, Nick, Chante and Oscar for the great experience. More

He gave me exactly what I asked for, no ridiculous counter offer, no dickering over price. I am retired and have limited income. He was respectful and genuinely interested in getting me the vehicle I wanted. He didn't try to fast talk me into something else. He is respectful and professional. You cannot get better customer service from anyone. I will definitely go to him for my next vehicle purchase. Mike Barbeau is the best! More
