Honestly, if there was a ZERO rating I would absolutely give it. Came with high hopes and thought it was a good process but looks like we absolutely got swindled by this dealership and the sales team. Mark, who sold me the car, promised it was in great shape and had been well taken care of. Instead it was 1) Defective; 2) Had recurring problems due to which it sat for ~21 days at the dealership in the first 2 months; and 3) a VERY PAINFUL Experience because they washed their hands off after the sale when we raised the issues. The car they gave was a LEMON, to put it mildly. We put a downpayment to drive away in what was hopefully an 'as good as new' car. Strike 1: Within 2 weeks, the speakers were fading out. I brought the car back to the showroom and showed it to the service personnel, Joe Zavell, who immediately said it sounded good. I forced him to look / hear it again and finally we drove away in a loaner. It took them almost 4 days to call back and ADMIT – the speakers were not functioning. Again (Supposedly an almost new car). Strike 2: I took it back from them and in a day or 2 realized now my back speakers were not throwing as much output. I took it back to the showroom and again Joe denied it was sounding any different. This was getting ridiculous so we tested it with another C43 and he admitted it did sound slightly different but not a whole lot. Are you serious? Then they take the car back and check it – keep my car for a week and then call me and say the car is ready. When I go there, Joe says he had a technician check it and it is what it is. Strike 3: A day after bringing the car back I start my car and I see the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. this has been a terrible experience OVERALL and I have been thoroughly disappointed from the very beginning. Here comes the fun part. I write to all their Management team and send a reminder to ask someone to help resolve this. Nobody calls back for 2 days then at the end of Day 2 – their Service Manager (Xavier) calls and asks me to bring the car back for them to fix it. Again – REMINDING Y’ALL – this was a supposedly brand new car. Each person there deflects that Management is handling it. Handling what? I don’t know. Again – was given a Terrible product from a very unethical, unprofessional dealership and none of them is interested in trying to resolve this issue. More

Do not trust Loeber Motors. We paid for a brand new car in early January on the representation that it would take 2-4 days to fix a paint defect. Only after they took our money did they disclose that it would actually take a month to fix the paint defect. It has now been a month since we paid for the car and we are currently being told the work has not been completed and there is no timetable for when the paint defect would be fixed (and that it will likely be another month). We asked for our money back and everyone at Loeber that we can get on the phone says they cannot help us and that we need to talk to the general manager. Despite several messages, the general manager has not returned our calls or efforts to contact him. We paid 20k over MSRP in order to get the car immediately and we would not have done that if they had been upfront that the car will not be ready for 60 days. They have not offered anything to make the situation right (we literally cannot even get any decision maker on the phone). They have our money and have not provided the new car (without paint defect as promised). Our lawyer says we need to sue and hopefully it doesn't come to that. Posting this as a warning to anyone else who is promised any sort of timeline from Loeber - they will say anything just to get your money. They have made zero effort to attempt to make the situation right (in fact they kept trying to get us to pay for winter tires despite now not being able to deliver the car until Spring). More

A final edition E63s is a speciality vehicle that a consumer could reasonably understand a market adjustment on as they’re limited vehicles. A regularly mass produced E63s is not a specialty vehicle, and definitely not a vehicle that would hold any sort of value after a year. Dealership is looking to screw someone out of $30,000 over sticker. According to pricing statistics on E63s models that would put a consumer at almost a $55,000+ Loss over a 6 month period.
