It is difficult for us to identify you by your name here, Gav, so we are not able to determine the exact circumstances of your visit. Obviously, you were not pleased and we sincerely regret that. There may have been legitimate reasons for some of the issues you describe. For example, it is not uncommon for a customer to come in with a pre-approved financing rate. In many cases, we are able to beat that rate to the customer’s advantage by taking it to one of our many lenders. We are also not certain if you had previously identified the vehicle you were interested in seeing prior to your visit. In that case, the salesperson should had ensured that it would be available to see, and we take full responsibility for that not being the case. If not, as we are a high-volume store, vehicles move quickly and it is not unusual for one or more that show on our site to be unavailable upon visiting, though we try our best to minimize these situations. The bottom line for us is that you were not satisfied with your experience and we are genuinely sorry for that.

We regret that you felt you were not dealt with honestly, Roger. Your salesperson is as upfront and honest as they come, as you acknowledged at one point in your comments. Regarding the bulletin for the harness, we would traditionally catch that upon safety check when we first acquired the vehicle. It is not impossible that this was not caught then, but it is also quite possible that the bulletin came out after we had done the check. Regardless, your salesperson has told you we would look into the exhaust leak and fix the issue, but of course you are welcome to go through Buick if you’d prefer to check on the manufacturer’s warranty. We want to see this corrected either way as it is our sincere interest to have you as a satisfied customer.

Thank you for the quick response. I understand that reports come in and dealers don’t always get them in time. But having the vehicle for 7 months and waiting for a buyer like me come in and buy it and having to deal with it and any issues like the flex pipe issues arrows now I have to drop off the vehicle a loss it for a couple days. Just the xx I didn’t want to deal with after spending 28k. But be sure it won’t happen again. Also I didn’t mention in the first response there was a small shimmy so I have all 4 tires rebalanced at a $60 cost to me and the salesmen’s response was sorry can’t reimburse you for that I should have dropped it off and loss the vehicle for another day.Thanks Roger
