I was scheduled on a Saturday to have my air conditioner fixed. I was informed that the part would not be available until the following Tuesday. My next came in on the next Saturday as scheduled and was tol fixed. I was informed that the part would not be available until the following Tuesday. My next came in on the next Saturday as scheduled and was told after an hour and a half of waiting the part was not available. It was supposed to be in but it never arrived and no one ever called me. They scheduled me for a another appointment on the following Saturday. I was informed that it would take about an hour and a half after I arrived at 8:30 at my scheduled appointment time. I was taken to a gym so that I could work out and when I returned about an hour and a half later I was told it was going to be another hour and a half possibly now 1:00 p.m. or so before it would be ready. I was told that another car was put on the air conditioner unit before mine that I was pushed to the side and that would be 1:30 to 2:00 before I would be ready to go I asked the manager the service manager that is if I could have a rental car cuz I had many errands to run he said no. When I asked why I was lied to he said well that's the way it is. The people are nice just uninformed and they need more training finally about 2:30 my car was finally ready and of course I had many things to do since I had scheduled an hour and a half which I was told that's how long it would take. End of story More
