Mike provided us with timelines and notified us as soon as the timeline might need to be moved while trying to obtain parts. Mike made clear to us the different payment options as this was an engine replacement. At a time during the pandemic, with chain supply issues, difficulties obtaining parts and all other obstacles that existed at this time, Mike was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for him and the excellent customer service he provided. More

After 2 paid repairs in less than a month, my Kia remains at the service center after 5 days for diagnosis with no answers due to their lack of ability to replicate a problem occurring since 48,000 miles. Terrible Customer Service. Lies and over promises just to pacify customers. I brought my car in because the A/C wasn't working due to faulty wiring. They diagnosed it and said it wasn't covered under warranty. I called KIA Consumer Affairs which then agreed to fix the wiring. I was told the dealership would reach out to me to schedule to bring the car in. No one called, so after a few days I called to see what was going on. No one knew about the case and took a message for Keith and was told he would call me as he's the only one that knows about the Kia Consumer Affairs case. Keith never called me. I called back in a few days and left a voicemail for Keith. Once again my call was never returned. At this point I was mad because I just wanted to simply schedule the service and get my car in as I haven't been able to drive it in nearly a month. I called again and was able to talk to Wade. He knew nothing about the case, but told me he would have Keith call me the next day. Keith once again never called. I called again to talk to Wade and after nearly 3 weeks of just trying to get scheduled I was told they ordered the part, but didn't know when It would come in and to call back next week. I called back and was not able to reach wade, so I called and talked to the parts department. They said that Wade was busy, but the part was going to be in the following day. He went to wade and asked when they could get me in for service and how long it would take. Wade said If I dropped it off tomorrow It would be done in 2 days. I went to drop off my car and was told that there's no way they could get the car done in 2 days and that it would be done by the end of next week. This was a problem as I was leaving for vacation in 5 days and wouldn't be able to pick it up. They rented a car for me and said it was fine to leave sitting while I was on vacation. It was nice of them to rent a car, but I would have rather had my car done when promised. I returned the car to the Airport, so they didn't have to pay for it while it was just sitting since my car was promised to be ready while I was gone on vacation. Lokey Kia never called me while on vacation to say the car was done. I called about 30 minutes before they closed on my last night of vacation just to make sure the car was done. No one had an answer for me and no one could get a hold of the service advisors. I was promised a call back shortly. I never received a call back so I called again 15 minutes before close just to get a simple yes or no. This time they just transferred me where they had me sit on hold until the service department closed. I then called back and talked to a manager in sales and explained the issues I have been having. He just kept saying there's nothing they can do. All I wanted was a simple yes or no so I could pick my car up the next day. The guy very rudely told me that If no one called me then it's not done and that the service department is now closed. Even though I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to talk to someone while they were open. I called the next morning and was just told they don't know if it's done and they would call me. Wade called and said the car was not done because it needed a wiring harness, which is a lie because the wiring harness came in before I ever dropped off the car. Wade said it would be done that day or the next day, then called back saying it wouldn't be done for a few more days. At this point I was very frustrated over being lied to and pacified numerous times. Wade knew he couldn't keep lying and promised he would call me back in a few days after he talked to techs to get a solid date of when my car would be done. He called a few days later and said it would be done in another week. Finally I got a call on the day it was promised that the car was complete. Despite the terrible experience with the service nothing was done to make it right, not even washing my car. Still never once received a call from Keith and convinced he doesn't exist. My car came back with 2 cracks in the dash and a loose rear view mirror. I'm also still owed a detail from them for prior service issues. More
