I very much appreciated my Service Advisor, Joe. Joe was really incredibly patient, responsive, and caring. He went above-and-beyond to make sure I understood the diagnosis for my check engine light Joe was really incredibly patient, responsive, and caring. He went above-and-beyond to make sure I understood the diagnosis for my check engine light and driver window issues. Joe went so far as to stay late for me to return to the service center and brought out the technician to help answer my questions. It wasn’t the best news to hear, but Joe’s thoughtful handling of the situation was nothing short of professional and compassionate. I genuinely appreciated his time and understanding and will return to this center again with any issues with my Kia because of Joe. More

Couldn’t fix my engine issues for a year and half until there was a recall. You would think with the past couple engine recalls from Kia mine would’ve been under it. Nope. They were going to over charge me there was a recall. You would think with the past couple engine recalls from Kia mine would’ve been under it. Nope. They were going to over charge me for coils, and a spark plug saying that was the only issues when I knew something was actually wrong. I went somewhere else since apparently it’s not under the 100,000 mile warranty to get the coils and spark plug fixed for a reasonable price. Back in December I notice my car was burning oil and had to keep getting oil changes I was told but two service workers it’s not an issue. So I went back to my mechanic and had him check it out he said there’s an issue if you have to keep putting oil into the car and if it’s burning it, it’s not safe to drive. Exactly what happened was it started making the noise I’ve been hearing for a year and half and took it to my mechanic once again for the 5th month in a row and said this is Kia’s issue now not ours. Got it towed up to the Lokey dealership and the communication was TERRIBLE! They told me they called me when in-fact I’ve never received a phone call from them and they only called my dad who I don’t live with and had to communicate that way. They said it would’ve been an $8,000 bill and we said this should be under the warranty since it’s a recalled part. They agreed and said it would’ve taken 6-8 weeks to get parts in, I’m happy I got it back and it took 2 months but now I’m scared to drive my vehicle since how many issues I’ve had for a year and half. More
