Mike the salesman was great and helped me get a great deal on my 2nd car with them. Had some bumps in the road with finance department with the Xzilon treatment but Pernell resolved them by inviting me i deal on my 2nd car with them. This dealership’s service department is the best around. My service advisor-Dave Woodman should teach customer service to other dealerships! I came in on a busy Saturday with no appointment and a broken tru My service advisor-Dave Woodman should teach customer service to other dealerships! I came in on a busy Saturday with no appointment and a broken trunk latch- I was completely unable to secure my car. I was in a panic! Dave took over and said don’t worry we will get this taken care of for you today. And he did!! In 2 hours he had my trunk latch replaced, an oil change, tire rotation AND a car wash! I couldn’t believe it. Dave goes out of his way to go above and beyond to assist his customers. Thank you Dave!! More
