Unprofessional. Apathetic. Discourteous. I have owned my Kia Sportage for a total of 2 months and haven’t even been able to drive it for a consecutive 2 weeks. I Apathetic. Discourteous. I have owned my Kia Sportage for a total of 2 months and haven’t even been able to drive it for a consecutive 2 weeks. It is continuously breaking down. I have given the opportunity to Kia to right these wrongs time and time again and we are coming up on a third month without my car. The first time my car broke down the service advisor accused ME of putting diesel fuel in a car that a diesel fuel pump would NEVER even fit into. However they brought me a loaner car and I gave them a chance. The car broke down for a second time, a week after the first time and one of the sales men said “this is becoming a nightmare”. The situation and customer service got progressively worse. The first time the car broke down they had it towed to the dealer. This time not only did they want ME to pay for the tow truck, they also would not bring me a loaner as they did last time. I had to have someone drive me to pick one up. It’s has been another 4 weeks and they STILL cannot figure out what is wrong with my car. They are now saying they need to drive my car for another week to figure it out. I am a compassionate and understanding person but Kia has been non-communicative and out right unethical during this whole process. More
