My salesman Robert was awful! While writing up my deal he kept running out the door greeting other customers!!! I called him the flying salesman!!!! I chose a 2022 kia sportage th While writing up my deal he kept running out the door greeting other customers!!! I called him the flying salesman!!!! I chose a 2022 kia sportage that had 7000 miles on it, at about the same price of a new 2022 not much of a discount. We noticed a crack windshield on test drive, they needed a couple days to have it repaired. We called and called to check on picking it up, Robert never called us to tell us it was done, but we went to pick it up it has 1/4 tank of gas. I said you mean you don't get a full tank, he walked away and said no!!! That was it as he was flying away to greet another prospected sale. He never showed me how to operate any part of the car!!! What should of been a great ride home was so awful I came home driving a new car in tears!!! I called the sales manager, he was very receptive. He sent a wonderful man name Wolfgang to home, Wolfgang was great he was so patient and explained everything about the car and for his patients and instructions I am now happy to own a 2022 Sportage.
