The salesman was very pleasant and helpful, but could've explained the process a little more. Financing department was a nightmare. I have been to all the kia dealerships from New port richey and all the ot explained the process a little more. Financing department was a nightmare. I have been to all the kia dealerships from New port richey and all the others in the Tampa bay area. They are aweful. I have had 3 kia's since 2008 and if it wasn't for the warranty and my budget I would never go to kia again. More
