This was my first time buying and dealing with Lokey Kia. Honestly I would not do it again. I was unimpressed with the sales and with the service department. My husband took the car up there to have a tire changed as part of the deal for purchasing the car. He was told he would be there an hour and was there almost 3 with no update on the car. The staff was very unprofessional and chaotic. Most them appeared to just be doing busy work instead of acting working. I was not impressed or happy with the service from the dealership. More
