Upon arriving workers at desk seemed uninterested in checking me in for my appointment. They were so busy playing on their phones. I am not 100% sure oil change was actually done as it did not look like checking me in for my appointment. They were so busy playing on their phones. They did not replace service sticker with new mileage, the paperwork I was given did not show that they inspected any part of my vehicle.I was very disappointed More

When you first arrive I was greeted professionally and with courtesy. They are friendly and tell you when the vehicle 🚜 s ready. I enjoyed getting the car vacuum and washed. They are always sweet and explain everything in lamen terms for people like myself know what is going on with the vehicle not many dealers explain things and I have a tendency of saying that they could start the job without asking the cost. I am happy to be in the Kia family although I live in Riverview. I took my vehicle to another Kia dealership and they weren't as friendly or professional as Clearwater. More
