Dropped my Kia Telluride off to have a sunroof repaired after a part broke off. The team was friendly and able to accommodate getting it in for repair and placed under warranty. I understand the supply cha after a part broke off. The team was friendly and able to accommodate getting it in for repair and placed under warranty. I understand the supply chain issues happening so I was patient with the fact that my car was there for over SIX WEEKS waiting to be repaired. My first frustration was the lack of communication, I kept being told “the part should be here next week” for over six weeks. Fine- fair, I know nobody is at fault. However, when I finally was able to pick it up, the sunroof is still not fixed properly. It only opens halfway and then does not close all the way and the car does not recognize that the sunroof is closed causing it to constantly alert me that I have not closed my sunroof. Extremely disappointed that after all that time, my car was handed back still with a defective sunroof. More
