The way that the service department treats their customers is completely ridiculous. Then after I state exactly what the recalls on my vehicle were and the damages that could be caused by them I was customers is completely ridiculous. Then after I state exactly what the recalls on my vehicle were and the damages that could be caused by them I was informed that I was not looking at the correct information and they knew exactly where I was trying to take this but that was not their job or their problem after I left the lot after having these recalls fixed my car stalled in the middle of US 19. I called another Kiah who informed me that no there was actually a third recall involving a knock sensor that’s extremely sensitive and due to the previous recalls is what caused the snack sensor to become so sensitive that it was turning my vehicle off while I was driving and I was informed that the engine would need to be rebuilt and I would have because I was not the original owner I would need to go ahead and provide a whole bunch of documentation over three years worth of oil changes in any kind of repairs or updates that I’ve had to the car including tire repairs. I was also told by this Lokey that I needed new brakes new tires a whole bunch of other items including spark plugs and also they tried to say that my catalytic converter was clogged and the catalytic converter was already replaced barely 2 months ago so I am very very unhappy I ended up having to turn my car in because it was not safe for me to drive after leaving this lot and I was not able to express or speak with a manager in regards to the fact that the pistons in the engine were not checked even though due to the recall could cause damage especially after the catalytic converter‘s had already went bad I will never do business with Kia ever again due to this because this is ridiculous this is not the way you treat customers and to make accusations and be rude and nasty is completely just again unacceptable. More
