Went in for an oil change and was recommended a new air filter and cabin air filter to which I have a K&N for my engine and purchased a new STP filter on the way to my appointment. Shows that the mechanic filter and cabin air filter to which I have a K&N for my engine and purchased a new STP filter on the way to my appointment. Shows that the mechanic didn’t check my vehicle and made an assumption based on the mileage which is unsatisfactory. The service dept personnel Dan Murphy went back and told the mechanic you can’t do that and explained that he should check under the hood instead of offering services that are not needed. More
