New to the area this was my first visit to Lokey Kia for scheduled service. Seeing how large the facility was I assumed I would be waiting a while. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how organized and scheduled service. Seeing how large the facility was I assumed I would be waiting a while. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how organized and professional things moved along. Horacio, who processed me in, was pleasant and informative in explaining some of the benefits of being a Lokey customer. He also called the free shuttle to the mall. Bob, the driver, was also friendly and informative. Great overall experience. Keep up the good work. More
